Walter Van Uytven is a seasoned entrepreneur and technology executive renowned for his leadership in scaling innovative companies and driving strategic growth. As the CEO of Awingu, a Belgian software company specializing in secure remote access technology, he played a pivotal role in enhancing the company's market presence. Under his guidance, Awingu was acquired by Corel, a KKR portfolio company, in 2022, integrating into Corel's Parallels brand to bolster secure remote workspace offerings.

Beyond his executive roles, Walter is an active investor and board member in various European software companies, contributing his expertise to foster innovation and growth. In May 2024, he joined Ceeyu as Chairman of the Board, focusing on expanding market opportunities for their third-party risk management (TPRM) SaaS platform. Additionally, in October 2024, he was appointed as an Independent Director of the Board at Hololight, a company specializing in augmented reality and virtual reality solutions. Today, Walter holds multiple board positions.
